Arup Kumar joined Tenon Facility Management India, a Tenon Group Company in 2022. He possesses a rich professional experience of 24 years wherein he worked across number of profiles in the field of Sales, Business Development, Client Relationship Management & Operations. Arup currently heads Business Development team for Tenon FM as Associate Director, taking care for South India region along with a few key segments across PAN India locations.

An alumnus of Kurukshetra University, Arup brings a strategic and innovative thinking targeted towards market penetration and client acquisitions across multiple sectors, including BFSI, Retail, E- Commerce/Logistics, Airports & Manufacturing sectors. Having served in the Facility Management Industry in India for more than 8 years, Arup has sound knowledge of end-to-end FM Operations & Client Solutions.
