Presently, he handles a business size of 350+ crore with sheer dedication and sound business acumen. His commendable expertise and vital experience in business development, operations, sales, and customer connect and compliance has helped Tenon FM strengthen its foothold in India and ensure the strong foundation of the Indian multinational company.
Having served the Indian Army for a significant period of time, Praveen started his professional career with ICICI Bank as the Head of the Currency Chest where his main responsibilities included heading the chests of Agra, Hauz Khas (Delhi) and Pushpanjali (Delhi) for a year each, leading the operations of the currency centre for 80 branches and 400 ATMs, liasioning with various government and private banks and facilitating RBI audits and inspections, amongst many others. Being a self-sufficient innovator, he grew to hold reputed positions, first as Head of the Central Mailing System, and then the Head of Regional Processing Centre until the end of his 5-year tenure at ICICI Bank.
It was in the year 2011 when Praveen forayed into facility management and security industry by joining the G4S group as Head of Operations for its Indian business. He restructured the organisation aligning it with the business needs which brought in great savings on SG&A while making the team efficient and effective.
