Tushar is a strategic and client-focused leader with a focus on building strong client relationships through exceptional service delivery. Having joined Tenon in the year 2017, he has undertaken multiple profiles within the organisation and is currently serving as the Vice President & Head of Client Solutions of Tenon FM India. He spearheads the PAN-India client solutions division and heads an independent vertical for innovative solutions called “Tenon Prime” in the Integrated Facility Management space.

An MBA graduate from the Birla Institute of Management, Tushar brings in a mix of innovative strategies backed by a strong solution orientation. He was previously working as an AVP in the strategy division of the organisation where his charter of duties included building new avenues of growth, chalking out and implementing roadmaps in the domain of resource planning, forecasting, mergers & acquisition, investors relations etc. During this tenure, Tushar took a knowledge transfer assignment where he travelled to the UK and closely studied the industry and review the best practices to adapt the same back in the Indian FM space. He was instrumental in defining and implementing systems and processes across departments and bringing in new technology solutions to accelerate business growth for Tenon Group.

His holistic experience in Sales, Operations, HR, Compliance, Marketing and Finance makes him an indispensable part of the company. His essential focus remains on looking out for new business growth avenues and adopting innovative solutions to keep the organisation a front runner in the industry.

Before taking up a leadership role in Tenon, he had worked with Tata Consultancy Services for five years working closely on technology automation and advisor relationship. He also served in the capacity of corporate trainer and delivered multiple leadership modules across all spheres of the organisation. He holds a Lean Green Six Sigma certification.
