Brig. Rajan Oberoi is an accomplished security professional with over 34 years of experience in his domain. Currently at the helm of Tenon Group of Companies as the Group CEO, Brigadier Oberoi is responsible for all aspects of the various business verticals along with Tenon Group’s long range development plans. As the Managing Director of Peregrine Guarding and head of business operations, he saw that the company continually enhanced the quality of its services, caliber of manpower, training, standardization and customer service enhancement initiatives.
He also oversees various methods of leveraging new technologies to enhance the deliverables of security solutions. Under his able leadership the Tenon Group recently launched their new business venture – Soteria. This world class remote surveillance command center will produce an enhanced suite of services, processes, systems and technological capabilities to deliver the best customer proposition for security from every possible angle.

Prior to joining Peregrine Guarding, he cultivated an erstwhile career in the Indian Army. During his tenure with the Army, Brig. Oberoi raised the first combat elements of the National Security Guards – The “Black Cats”, and subsequently went on to head this elite counter terrorist outfit as their “Force Commander”. Brig. Oberoi’s distinguished services in diverse fields, including counter-terrorism, has earned him accolades while in service, including the prestigious President’s Police Medal for Gallantry(PPMG) and a Vishisht Seva Medal (VSM).

He is an active member of many national business forums such as FICCI, CAPSI and ASIS. These platforms invite him to speak often about issues related to the security industry in terms of insights, trends and sector outlook. He is actively engaged in the Security Sector Skills Development Council that works towards developing a framework for upgrading skills of the Security Guards to international standards.

In association with the political leadership of Meghalaya, Brig. Oberoi has shaped a training and employment program with the youth of the North East to pursue careers in the field of physical security.


Sandeep is a Chartered Accountant and a certified Treasury Manager professional having worked with various companies including SU-Kam Power Systems Ltd., Acme Cleantech Solutions Limited , Omax Autos Ltd and Transport Corporation of India Ltd. Most recently Sandeep was Chief Financial Officer for SU-Kam Power Systems Ltd, the largest power solutions company in India, which has a presence in 90 countries worldwide.

He possesses 24 years of experience into Strategic Planning & Execution, Budgeting & Forecasting, Cash Flow Optimization, Risk Management & Controls, and Compliance Management etc.He is a recognized leader and a thorough professional, with high caliber, work orientation, and ability to handle multiple functions and activities in a high pressure environment. He has a sound track record of execution of core strategic planning to achieve operational efficiency while delivering optimal results & business value in high-growth environments.


Angad Rajain, a management graduate and topper from Yale School of Management, has been associated with the Tenon Group since 2014. He brings with him a new and an invigorated approach of managerial style and skill sets that is vital in evolving Tenon to the next level of success and delivery. His experience of working with the world’s leading financial institute, Blackrock and handling their portfolio of prestigious client adds a strategic dimension to his leadership. During his stint as management associate with the Tenon Group, he has worked with various departments and provided his valuable inputs for their improvement. He was actively involved in the Tenon Group’s two acquisitions – O&G in UK and Frontline Security in Singapore.

In his role as Managing Director of Tenon Facilities Management India Private Limited he spearheaded the Company’s vision and strategy of further strengthening the market leadership position of Tenon Facilities Management. Mainstreaming sustainability and creating stakeholder value through tactical growth and operations are his key focus areas. A lateral thinker with strategic approach, he utilized his international exposure and experience to not only deliver enhanced level of customer service but also took Tenon to new heights of success and achievements.

Currently he is the Global IFM Head and his responsible for the FM business of the Group.

NITIN DAVE – Managing Director of Tenon IFM, India

Nitin Dave an enthusiastic, innovative and multi skilled professional has more than 20 years of experience in general management, senior sales & marketing roles for different industries across multiple cultures and geographies throughout Europe, Southeast Asia and India.

In his illustrious career he has been responsible for building a robust and sustainable business services with multidisciplinary teams. He has turned around units into profitable zones with adherence to standards and compliance, creating a strong customer base and infrastructure to establish long term customer relationships.
His strategic thinking and an ability to develop and implement successful operational and growth strategies have helped secure new business of all sizes and complexity across a range of sectors.


Sangram Dhar heads the national operations of Tenon and Rotopower, a company acquired in 2009 by Tenon Property Services and currently operating as a wholly owned subsidiary of Tenon. With over 14 years of experience in diverse aspects of facilities management, Sangram has been the driving force behind the establishment of Rotopower’s FM business and for its growth into a corporation focused on customer satisfaction, service delivery excellence and pan-India service delivery capability.
With a Master’s degree in engineering from NSI Kanpur and a degree in electrical engineering from The Institution of Engineers, Kolkata, Sangram brings excellent technical insights and business skills to the management of Rotopower’s operations.

Amongst Sangram’s key strengths are project planning & management, procurement and vendor development, recruitment and people management; and quality control, by virtue of being Rotopower’s representative for ISO 9001:2000 certification for over 5 years. Prior to joining Rotopower in 1995, Sangram held a key position with a manufacturing corporation where he was responsible for the maintenance operations of captive power generation, transmission & distribution for a mixed use industrial development spread over 20 acres.
